This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP systems, primarily for Japanese clients based in the U.S. As a local project lead, you will also manage ERP projects and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>ERP Implementation &amp; Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the implementation and support of ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, AX, and D365.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct business process analysis and gather client requirements to design and configure ERP solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Customize and integrate workflows to meet business and functional needs.<\/li>\n<li>Perform system testing, data migration, user training, and go-live support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Project Leadership<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the local project lead, managing internal teams and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure projects follow Project Charter and implementation methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain all required project documentation and deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Client Engagement &amp; Consulting<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations and proposal development.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing consulting services to existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional support or enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with clients to develop or integrate custom applications as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Additional Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel frequently to client sites, primarily in Texas and other U.S. locations, with occasional overnight or extended stays depending on project needs.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in mandatory training and continually develop product knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Support other team members and mentor junior staff as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Required<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of ERP concepts, practices, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in both English and Japanese (business-level proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Professional demeanor in conduct, communication, and appearance.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel frequently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or service industry processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to propose and implement innovative, client-focused solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership potential to contribute to organizational planning and decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Work Style &amp;
