Sales & Project Coordinator

Experience Level: Mid-Level (2–5 years of relevant experience)

Location: Madison, AL (On-site)

Salary: $50,000–60,000/year (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Visit customers and conduct sales meetings
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
• Coordinate projects between customers and the engineering team
• Track sales activities and support project progress
• Prepare MRO quotations and support inside sales
• Attend trade shows and networking events
• Travel within the U.S. and occasionally overseas

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, customer service, project coordination, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering is a plus
• Ability to read mechanical drawings is a plus
• Japanese language skills are a plus
