IT Support Specialist
Location: Cerritos, CA (On-site)

Schedule: 9AM-6PM (On-call flexibility and travel required)
Position Summary
Our client is looking for an IT Specialist who provides IT support for corporate offices and restaurant locations by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and POS systems. This role also supports new restaurant openings, device management, and system deployment in a fast-paced multi-location hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and POS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues through the ticketing system.
- Configure laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other company devices.
- Set up technology for new employees.
Systems & Network Support
- Support Wi-Fi, network connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
- Maintain device inventory and software licenses.
- Assist with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
- Travel to restaurant locations for on-site technical support.
Security & Administration
- Manage user accounts and system access.
- Maintain IT documentation and procedures.
- Support CCPA and company security compliance.
Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of IT Support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Experience with device management (MDM/Intune preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification.
- Hospitality, restaurant, or retail IT experience.
- Experience supporting POS systems.
- Japanese-English bilingual.
