Location: Remote (Candidates located in TX, CA, NY, GA, or IL are preferred.)

Hours: 10–15 hours/week; flexible schedule within Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT

Employment Type: Part-time contract, remote

Important Requirements

This position requires prior experience in business development, sales support, inside sales, or commercial operations.

Candidates should have experience with lead generation, customer outreach, pipeline management, and CRM systems.

This is not an entry-level administrative or customer service position.

Position Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Support professional to assist our Medical Business division with sales pipeline development, lead generation, customer outreach, reporting, and commercial operations. The ideal candidate can work independently in a remote environment while supporting business growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales support, inside sales, or commercial operations
• Experience with lead generation, prospecting, customer outreach, and pipeline management
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree
• Japanese language skills
• Experience in medical, chemical, manufacturing, or technical industries
