Position Title: Textile Design Coordinator

Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually

Location: Irvine, CA

Position Summary

looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Relationship Coordinator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who recently studied design or has a strong interest in colors, materials, textiles, and visual design. If you enjoy working with Photoshop or Illustrator and would like to learn more about automotive interior design and textile development, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal design teams to support design development projects, prepare presentations and visual materials, and help coordinate communication throughout the project process.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support communication and coordination between customers and internal teams
  • Participate in meetings with customers and internal design members and help organize meeting notes and schedules
  • Assist in preparing visual design materials, presentations, color proposals, and sample images using Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Help track project progress and maintain development schedules
  • Work with internal teams to organize customer feedback and design updates
  • Support color and material coordination activities before production launch
  • Research design, color, material, and automotive interior trends
  • Organize and maintain design samples and related documents

 

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, Fashion, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
  • Candidates with strong creative sense, visual skills, or interest in design are encouraged to apply even if their major is different
  • Interest in textile, color/material, automotive interior, or product design preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to create presentations and visual materials
  • Japanese language ability is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S., Mexico, and Japan (1030%)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Portfolio or sample work is welcome
