Position: E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Venice, CA (Remote with occasional on-site visits 1–2 times per month)
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $71,000 – $75,000/year

Position Overview
This role is responsible for managing digital sales channels and leading marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and revenue in the North American market. The position requires a hands-on approach to marketplace operations, digital advertising, and brand strategy, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Sales Channel Management
- Manage marketplace operations, including product listings and inventory tracking
- Create and optimize product detail pages and branded storefronts
- Monitor and resolve listing or account issues
- Execute digital advertising strategies (keyword planning and bid management) to improve performance
- Maintain and update D2C website content
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute mid- to long-term marketing strategies
- Plan product launch strategies and identify key products for growth
- Manage marketing budget and optimize spending efficiency
- Oversee social media strategy and content development
- Lead influencer and UGC campaigns, including performance tracking
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Meta platforms)
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Prepare monthly reports and communicate with stakeholders
- Organize and manage marketing assets and materials
Sales Support
- Create marketing materials for wholesale and retail use
- Ensure product labeling complies with regulatory requirements
- Support store marketing initiatives and events as needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Japanese is a plus
- Experience in digital marketing (e.g., Meta, Amazon)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on driving sales results
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Financial understanding for budget management and ROI analysis
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Mirakl, or Shopify
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva)
