What You’ll Do
- Maintain and improve factory equipment to ensure stable, efficient production
- Support new product launches, including planning, preparation, and ramp-up
- Investigate equipment and product quality issues; identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Partner with production, quality, and other departments to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets
- Manage tooling, including repairs, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Work with suppliers and equipment manufacturers to troubleshoot issues, source parts, and improve performance
- Drive cost reduction initiatives related to tooling, defects, and production processes
- Provide technical support across departments to support operational goals
- Participate in meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and global group companies
- Travel occasionally to support vendor relationships and project needs
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license
