Position Overview
This role supports sales operations by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating customer transitions. In parallel, the position oversees moving coordination by liaising with customers and moving vendors, ensuring smooth execution of delivery and setup activities, including occasional on-site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Support all stages of the sales process, including quotations, order processing, and customer implementation
Manage assigned customer transitions from business development to active accounts
Ensure accurate and timely completion of pricing, bids, and sales documentation
Support creation, maintenance, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Communicate with customers to understand needs, resolve issues, and identify sales opportunities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and improve prospect and customer databases; research and generate new leads
Coordinate rush orders, order changes, and shipping updates as required
Collaborate with movers and service teams to arrange delivery, setup, and moving logistics
Work closely with customer service and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
May be assigned other duties by managers
Reporting & Collaboration
Reports to sales leadership
Works cross-functionally with sales specialists, implementation teams, service resources, and customer service to support customer success
Qualifications & Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills both on Japanese and English
Excellent listening, presentation, and customer service abilities
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset
Solid understanding of products and services offered
