Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage inventory and warehouse operations
- Prepare shipping and customs documents
- Coordinate domestic and international freight
- Support Sales and Engineering teams with project logistics
- Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor services
- Schedule safety, security, and fire alarm inspections
- Ensure warehouse and workplace safety
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Experience with inventory systems preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge and OSHA knowledge are a plus
