Sales and Procurement Representative – Japanese Bilingual

Position Overview

The Sales/Procurement Representative is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships,

developing new business (especially with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive manufacturers), and coordinating

with internal departments. This role requires full-time on-site presence and travel as needed.

Core Responsibilities

·       Build and maintain customer relationships

·       Assist with trial-calculation of shipping quantities and prototype products.

·       Negotiate with customers on new product prices.

·       Handle quarterly price adjustments with customers.

·       Handle quotes, feasibility reviews, and mold/tool documentation.

·       Coordinate project start-ups with internal teams (QA/PE/PC).

·       Analyze changes in design, raw materials, components, manufacturing methods, etc., to determine impact on product cost.

·       Negotiate with suppliers on raw material and outsourcing products.

·       Resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.

·       Comply with company policies, quality, and safety standards

·       All other duties as assigned.
