Position: Retail Sales Clerk (Full-Time)

Location: Fort worth, TX

Pay: $19/hour (Approx. $41,000/year)

Job Summary

Provide customer service in a retail environment, including sales, cashier duties, and daily store operations. This role also supports inventory management and overall store activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Operate cash register and handle transactions
• Stock, organize, and display merchandise
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Assist with training and supporting part-time staff

Requirements

• Basic communication skills in English (Japanese or Chinese is a plus)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and team-oriented

Preferred

• Retail or customer service experience
• Interest in books or retail products
