We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Staff member to support office operations and event coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing meetings, supporting business events, and handling travel arrangements in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the office
Coordinate logistics for visiting business travelers from Japan and North America
Arrange full-day meetings, conference rooms, and business dinners
Plan and coordinate networking events involving corporations and startup companies
Handle venue arrangements and logistical preparation
Manage business travel bookings and expense using Concur
Support expense-related administrative processes as needed
Qualifications
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
Experience with event coordination is a plus
Familiarity with Concur or similar travel booking systems preferred
